BobiHealth Refund Policy

At BobiHealth, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital health solutions to support maternal and infant well-being. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services. 
1. Free Trials

Some BobiHealth services may begin with a free trial. 
After the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin unless canceled prior to the trial’s expiration date.
No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after a trial period if the subscription was not canceled in time.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
Partial refunds are not provided for unused time if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at BobiHealth's sole discretion in the following circumstances:
• Duplicate charges due to technical error.
• Unauthorized transactions that are reported within 14 days of billing.
• Documented service disruption lasting more than 72 hours that prevents app usage.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscriptions at any time through your account settings or app store provider.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger a refund for past charges.

5. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased a subscription through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), their refund policies apply. Please contact the store directly to request a refund.

6. Changes to Policy

BobiHealth reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be communicated through our app and/or website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
