As a seasoned consultant to small and mid-sized enterprises, he has consistently helped organizations mature their delivery practices and build resilient teams structured for sustainable growth. Having been with BobiHealth for nearly three years, Mike initially served as VP of Quality and Process before expanding his scope to lead the company’s security and compliance initiatives.
