Jackie Aitken

Jackie Aitken is a public health and product operations leader with over a decade of experience advancing maternal and child health, gender equity, mental health, substance use, and gender-based violence prevention and response. She has managed complex, multimillion-dollar federally-funded projects across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. In these roles, she led cross-functional teams and partnerships to strengthen health and social support systems for women, children, and underserved communities. At BobiHealth, Jackie brings this global public health background to the design and development of human-centered digital health solutions that improve access to maternal health information, resources, and support. Her work spans product strategy, UI/UX design, and product management, translating user, clinical, and business needs into intuitive and trauma-informed digital experiences. She holds an MPH in health policy and a graduate certificate in maternal and child health, with additional training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and federal grant compliance. Jackie is currently pursuing a dual MBA and MA in Design Leadership with a focus on healthcare innovation, AI, and digital health.
